What is it about
a sleeping cat that makes me
feel so comforted?
(Inspired by my marmalardy lap warmer.)
maybe the feel of
A living, breathing being’s
trust is comforting
eh. Thought I’d give it a try. 😉 Maybe I will never comment on your blog again unless it’s haiku! I like that challenge! Good haiku (yours, not mine)
There now, was that so bad? I would be delighted if you took to commenting on my blog in haiku. 🙂
Oh, and I’m assuming the cat is on your lap. This might be a bad assumption…
Yes, the cat was on my lap at the time, but sensation of being comforted occurs even when the cat is not curled up on my person. Just seeing the cat sleeping gives me a sense of warm fuzziness.
